We provide Urgent, or same day  service and after-hours service.  We will come out if you need us after hours at night and on weekends. 

All charges applied to Urgent or after hours calls are billed at time and a half including the service charge and or travel time.

 Materials are billed at our normal rates on these type calls.

Our emergency response time is normally within 4 hours. 

Our after hour rates start at 5 PM and end at 8 AM weekdays,  5 PM Friday starts our weekend and it ends at 8AM Monday.  

Minimum one-hour labor charge on all visits.  Additional hours are billed in increments of 15 minutes.

Materials used will be billed extra. 

We reserve the right not to respond to areas or situations we deem hazardous or unsafe.
